*10 year update* Still coming to Lake Shore, still absolutely adore it. Most recently they helped my cat, Jinx, when she had an abscess on the side of her jaw. $160 for the exam, the draining and cleaning of the abscess, the painkiller injection and the antibiotics injection. Can you believe that? Veterinary care for under $200?! Can't recommend this place enough, still going strong 10 years later. (Jinx is doing GREAT btw!) I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else! We've struggled for so long looking for a vet who cares more about the animals than the money. Our family vet went out of practice and it's just been so hard. I'm extremely thankful to have found such a wonderful vet so close to home.

Took my 16 yr old cat to them with a growth in ear,we want it taken out thats it they told us aroun 300.00 to 4.00 ,we said ok then they say they want to do teeth care and its goes to 1200,we said no.went to pic up cat bill 600.00,no intructions, just handed cat didnt even say thank you for bring her in but if we would of paid 1200 we would of got something maybe a smile...

I have taken 3 different family members (3 dogs) for various things and they've always gone above and beyond expectation. They are kind, brilliant, and thorough while maintaining very reasonable prices. Highly recommend. FYI none of mine have had surgery with them yet.

This is my new vet for all my animals. They had so much compassion with my two older cats at the end of their lives. Also you can see how much they love the animals in their care when I brought in my puppy for shots and neutering.
